Returns and Exchanges

We at Hilos Brand want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied, just send it back in its condition “as shipped” to you within 30 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or a refund for the price of the item. Return and Shipping costs are the customers responsibility. If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date and we will send a shipping label for return.
